About 6000 (six
thousand) years ago, the ayuerveda science started in India. In Sanskrit AYUR

The Ayuervedic massage is a vigorous massage that stimulates the muscles and circulation, releasing toxins stuck to the muscles and tissues. Through deep touch with hands, elbows and feet, the ayurvedic massage provides posture realignment; relief of tension in the physical body, strengthens the immune system and has anti-stress and antidepressants effects. Counting with some stretches, provides greater body flexibility and mobility of the joints, allowing the free course of vital energy.
It has therapeutic effect also in the emotional, mental and spiritual body. Emotions, concepts, beliefs and experiences into the body are “touched” and released, providing a deep process of self knowledge and processing internal and external transformation from the body consciousness.
